Details & Pricing
Our exceptional location and full service facility offers numerous activities for all to enjoy right here. The Lodge becomes your family's very own destination hotel! This letter outlines the basic layout of the Lodge and the year round amenities offered to our guests.
The hotel has ten guest rooms each with a private bath in the Lodge and two separate cabins nestled in the nearby woods for your use. The nightly price per room on the rate card is for double occupancy and is dependent upon the view from the room and date reserved. The Lodge offers one mountain view Suite which has beautiful views of the Cascades from the king bed and the sitting area in front of the fireplace. There are two mountain view rooms with great views of the Stuart Range with queen size beds and the special Loft Hide-a-way with it’s own private sitting deck at the top of the Lodge. The six remaining forest view rooms in the Lodge also have queen size beds. A few rooms can accommodate an additional twin bed if needed. The two private cabins feature a king bed, river rock jacuzzi for two, wet bar and river rock gas fireplace. As noted in our brochure, our normal clientele is couples, so the room rates are based on double occupancy. The room rates in the “summer” months include breakfast, with lunch and dinner offered at the guests option. Our winter rates include all meals as the guests are snowbound on the mountain with us.
The Lodge is located 2.5 miles, and a 1000’, above the village of Leavenworth on an older dirt road. It sits on a 20 acre rolling meadow situated against the majestic Cascades with their elevations of 5000-9000’. Sunset Magazine awarded us the "Best Setting in the West" for the spectacular location nature provided for us. The hotel amenities and those in the immediate area offer adventures for everyone.
In the summer months our guests enjoy over 40 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails leading directly from the Lodge into the Wenatchee National Forest which surrounds us. Our heated swimming pool is open in the summer months and the lighted tennis court provides a full court with an unmatched view. Volleyball, horseshoes and croquet are a few of the other fun things to do right here at the Lodge. Our video room has over 100 titles to choose from in a "surround sound" system for evening enjoyment as well. The outdoor hot tub under the stars is open year round and is great for relaxing in after a long day of "playing". Golf, horseback riding and rafting are offered in the area and our staff are happy to assist with reservations. Spring offers wonderful wildflowers and hiking if the pool is still too cold to open, and of course Fall is breathtaking with the Autumn foliage.
In the wintertime the Lodge is transformed into a winter wonderland. It is only accessible by snowcat or our specially equipped passenger van. You really feel that you are in another world up here removed from the hustle and bustle of city life! As mentioned earlier, the winter room rates include all meals. It addition, winter rates include the use of our extensive winter activities and equipment including back country cross country skiing and snowshoeing on 40 miles of trails and sledding on our 1,700” toboggan hill. We also offer fantastic guided snowmobile tours for an additional charge through the unbelievable pristine scenery of the Cascades.
