For over 15 years now, the Lodge has offered the premier dining experience in the Upper Valley under the direction of our Executive Chef. Our 4-course prix-fixe evening menu is prepared for only 10 private tables in the inviting environs of the Lodge's grand room. The "ultimate" dining experience blends outstanding gourmet cuisine and spectacular scenery into an forgettable evening.
The event begins with a selection of fine wines and beers with appetizers enjoyed in the warm, rustic room or perhaps outside on the spacious decks overlooking the grandeur of the Cascade Mountains. The evening's created dinner highlights fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. The menu commence with fresh baked bread and a seasonal salad or soup, followed by an exquisite entree with vegetables and accompaniments and closing with a spectacular dessert, Italian roasted coffees and teas.

Please note - In the winter season we do not offer dining to guests not staying with us on the mountain as our lodging guests are transported here in our snowcats and “snowbound” on the mountain and use each of our private tables. We look forward to welcoming others by advance reservation spring, summer and fall.
