What’s New -

Holiday 2009

Crisp nights are setting us up well for the arriving winter. We have had a little over 8” os snow here in late November, although most has melted with warmer temperatures here for Thanksgiving weekend. Keep an eye on our web cam as the meadow and Cascades are transformed into their winter whites over the next few weeks.

The MHL Crew has done a great job completing our annual Fall cleaning and grounds chores. The rooms are sparkling and the trails are all clear and ready for great snow shoeing and skiing adventures just ahead. The dining room has all new custom designed chairs; we were sorry to say farewell to our eclectic collection of antique chairs, but they had done their job well and were ready to retire. It’s so nice to be seated for dinner and not hear all the old chairs moaning “oh no, not another meal!”. Check out the new pictures Brad plans to post in the dining section soon and while you are there take a browse at this months recipe from our kitchen... a great make ahead dinner for the hectic holiday weeks ahead, Trattoria Italian Chicken.
