Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for your interest in Mountain Home Lodge as a potential location for your wedding celebration. What could be more romantic than a luxurious, private and secluded mountain resort reserved exclusively for your invited guests?

The Lodge is nestled 3 miles above the quaint village of Leavenworth offering a destination resort with heated pool, 40 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, lighted tennis plus many other amenities. Activities abound here at the resort and in our immediate vacation area for you and your guests to enjoy such as golfing, whitewater rafting and horseback riding. In the winter months, our seclusion is further enhanced with guests being transported to the Lodge via our snowcats. Winter activities include back country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile excursions and sledding down our 1,700’ toboggan run!

We encourage you to make an appointment to visit the Lodge to experience firsthand the spectacular view and resort. Lodging & Site Usage Information

Lodging Accommodations
The Lodge offers 10 rooms and 2 separate cabins exclusively for you and your guests when reserving the resort for your wedding.

Lodge: 9 rooms each with a queen bed, private bath
1 suite with a king bed, private bath, gas fireplace, jacuzzi for two
3 rooms can be configured with an additional twin bed if needed

Cabins: 2 cabins, each with a king bed, private bath, gas fireplace, jacuzzi for two
A queensize AeroBed can be added to the loft area.

Our overnight accommodations are for a maximum of 30 guests.

Summer Rates (April 1 – November 14)
The rate for all 12 rooms up to 24 guests inlcuding a gourmet breakfast is $2370.00 per night

Additional guest, $30.00 per person, per night

Winter Rates (November 15 - March 31)

The rate for all 12 rooms for up to 24 guests including all gourmet meals,
winter equipment, and transportation from the base of the mountain is $4430.00 per night:

Please note: Lodging costs are often passed onto your overnight guests. We are happy to invoice each guest for any, or all, of their accommodation fees with you guaranteeing the reservation.

Site Usage
The exclusive use of this magnificent resort is offered for our wedding usage fee. The fee includes your complete consultations with our wedding coordinator and covers the cost of labor, parking, portable restrooms, white linens, tables, china, silverware and chairs for your ceremony and reception for up to 100 guests *. Additional rentals such as a dance floor or tents can be arranged through us for additional fees. Please ask for a quote if desired. All of your food and beverage arrangements are made through the Lodge. These are discussed in detail in the menu design section.

Summer usage $3500.00

Winter usage $1000.00-$2500.00 (dependent upon number of guests)

*The Lodge will consider hosting larger summer events up to 140 guests. If the event is more than a 100 guests, you will need to contract with a licensed vendor to provide shuttle service from the Village to the resort.

The summer site fee is increased as follows: For 101-125 total guests, add $2000.00. For 126-140 maximum guests, add $3000.00

This increased site fee will include our rental, delivery and installation of tents to provide additional coverage on the front lawn for these additional guests.

Payment Schedule & Information

To secure your desired dates for your wedding celebration a deposit of $3000 will guarantee your summer
reservation (winter equals one nights lodging). Group cancellations with at least 90 days prior to event notice will be refunded, less a $500 handling fee and out of pocket expenses incurred, if any. Cancellations after this date forfeit the entire deposit.

Menu choices and beverage selections with your final estimated guest counts are due 30 days prior to the date of the event with a deposit of 50% of food and beverage, or $500.00, whichever is greater. This deposit is non-refundable.

The final guest number must be confirmed 14 days prior to the date of the event. At this time, the remaining balance as indicated on your final estimate of costs, is due and payable. This payment is non-refundable. Should the actual cost of the event exceed the estimate, payment in full is due on the day of departure. Any monies paid in excess of the actual final balance will be refunded on the day of departure.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), verified personal check or cash.

Policies

The Lodge and grounds are smoke free environments. No smoking or open flames (ie: candles) are permitted.

When booking the resort for a group event, children of all ages are welcomed. We ask that you keep in mind that the Lodge is an adult oriented destination resort. If children will be attending, we do insist that an adult watch over the children at all times.

No pets are allowed.

In respect for the privacy of our neighbors, the Lodge enforces an 11:00 p.m. noise curfew.

A two-night minimum is required; three night minimum on holidays.

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m.; Check out is by Noon.

The Lodge cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings and/or equipment brought onto the
premises.

Any damages to the premises during your visit will be your responsibility and repair and/or replacement
costs will be applied accordingly.

Menu Design

Menu Design
All arrangements for food and beverage served at the Lodge are made through Mountain
Home Lodge. No food or drink of any kind can be brought in. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, we can design the perfect wedding cuisine to highlight the wonderful bounties of the Northwest. The following menus are offered for your consideration as our most requested designs. These menus are presented as station service. Plated service is available for events of 40 or less guests for an additional fee.

Please ask about further customization of menus if desired as these are ideas only.
Prices do not include WA State Sales Tax or Service Charges. Final bills will include state sales tax, currently 8.0% and 18% service charge.

Prices quoted are per person. Children 4-12 years of age receive a 25% discount from our quoted selected dinner prices. Children under the age of four years are not charged. All selections may vary according to seasonal availability and are subject to change. Applicable sales tax and gratuity are additional.

Our menus feature seasonal cuisine highlighting fresh local items and homemade products
whenever possible. Select from the suggestions below, or add your favorites, to design the
perfect menu for your special event.

Imported and Domestic Cheeses with Assorted Fresh Fruits
An extensive presentation of assorted cheeses cut in a variety of shapes and/or self-serve
whole wedges presented on marble and/or wood platters. Carved décor fruit, trimmed sun
ripened seasonal fruits in attractive platters and bowls. Open baskets are filled with a wide
assortment of gourmet crackers to complement this beautiful station.

Imported and Domestic Dessert Cheeses with Assorted Fresh Fruits
An extensive presentation of assorted dessert cheeses cut in a variety of shapes and/or self-serve
whole wedges presented on marble and/or wood platters. Seasonal sun-ripened fresh fruit and assorted crackers complete this station often recommended with service at cake time later in the evening.

Vegetable Crudites
Enjoy this very colorful and flavorful selection of garden fresh vegetables. This elaborate
station highlights seasonal produce offering platters of grilled, roasted and raw selections.

Wedding Cake
One of our talented Pastry Chefs will work with you to design a spectacular creation. They will
prepare your wedding cake to not only be visually beautiful, but also delicious tasting. Our cake
quotes are based upon flavor, desired size and design presentation and include cutting and plating of
the cake slices. Standard Cakes Range $5.00 - $8.00 per person

Rehearsal Dinner
Often the rehearsal dinner is hosted at the Lodge the evening before your wedding day. This optional
event may be a welcome BBQ or perhaps an intimate, formal served dinner for your families and
bridal party. It is an ideal time for arriving guests to unwind from their perhaps hectic travel schedule,
for relatives and friends to become better acquainted and for everyone to start the celebration off in a
relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Your evening can be customized to whatever you would like. Most dinners are designed as a casual, 3-hour event. Please ask for our group dinner ideas reflecting popular presentations for your consideration if interested in hosting a rehearsal dinner at the resort.

Alcohol & Beverages
The Lodge serves beer, wine and champagne for your enjoyment under our licensee guidelines with
the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Our staff reserves the right to discontinue serving alcohol to any guest in accordance with WA State Law.
Our house beverage list fluctuates monthly. We try to feature NW vintners. We will be happy to assist you with your selections to fit your taste and budget. We will try to procure a specific wine/beer desired as a specific pour for your event. Hard Alcohol is not allowed. Our banquet wines are sold by the bottle, 5 glasses poured per bottle.
