No Saturday arrivals.

Please note we are planning on replacing the front decks and pool / hot tub fencing this season so there will be construction at the resort and some areas may be unavailable during your visit.  We apologize for any inconvenience but need to work within our short season for a project of this size.  We will access the Lodge for breakfast and nightly appetizers using the back staircase when the front is not available.

Pricing

$675 per night, per couple. All accommodations are for a maximum of two people.

Stay Includes

• Concierge service, gourmet breakfast, chef selected evening appetizers and a complimentary glass of fine wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic drink served to your private table.

• Trails for hiking and mountain biking, tennis, heated seasonal swimming pool and hot tub.

Cabin Includes

• Private deck, reading loft, two-person dual headed shower, river rock jacuzzi and river rock fireplace.

• Hand-carved pine King bed with 5-Star pillow top mattress, plush Turkish robes, oversized plush bath towels and fine bath amenities.

• High speed WIFI, USB charging ports, CD stereo system with AUX connection. LCD TV, DVD & VHS player for guests for viewing hundreds of titles from our movie library. HDMI connection provided for guests media player.

• Daily housekeeping.

• Front desk open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Central A/C, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, binoculars, hiking sticks and day packs with water bottles for hiking.

• Complimentary Caffe Umbria Coffee, Steven Smith Tea and Port Wine.

Policies

• The first night’s deposit is due at the time of reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

• No Saturday arrival.

• Minimum night requirement varied as reflected on Booking Calendar.

• There is $50.00 charge for reservations canceled. If a Cancellation is within 30 days of your arrival, a charge for one nights accommodation will be assessed.

• The Lodge, Cabins and grounds are smoke free environments.

• NO smoking (tobacco, vaping and/or marijuana, etc,) nor any open flames such as candles, are permitted due to our forest location and extreme fire danger. The complete resort and grounds are entirely smoke free environments.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Children under the age of 16 are welcome at the Lodge and Cabins only when a group reserves the entire hotel to ensure the peace and seclusion of other guests.

• Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. Please do not arrive before 3:00 pm to allow time to prepare the lodge for your arrival.
