Lodging Policies

• Advance reservations are recommended and confirmed with one night’s deposit taken at time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

• No Saturday arrival.

• Minimum nights varied as reflected on our Booking Calendar.

• There is $50.00 charge for reservations canceled. If a Cancellation is within 30 days of your arrival, a charge for one nights accommodation will be assessed.

• The Lodge, Cabins and grounds are smoke free environments.

• NO smoking (tobacco and/or marijuana, etc,) nor any open flames such as candles, are permitted due to our forest location and extreme fire danger. The complete resort and grounds are entirely smoke free environments.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Children under the age of 16 are welcome at the Lodge and Cabins only when a group reserves the entire hotel to ensure the peace and seclusion of other guests.

• Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. Please do not arrive before 3:00 pm to allow time to prepare the lodge for your arrival.
